01Program name and description
The text-message program is called Molariva Molar Notes (the "Program"). It is operated by Molariva, a brand of The Nelson M Group LLC. If you opt in, we send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you supplied with educational data about oral health, dental care basics, and ways to save on dental care, confirmations and service messages, and (only if you separately agree) promotional announcements about new guides and resources.
Molariva is not a dental or medical provider. Choosing dental care is your own decision.
02How to opt in
You can join by completing the form on our Get Started or SMS Notifications page and checking one or both of the separate, unchecked consent boxes: (1) informational texts, and (2) promotional texts. You can also text START to 877-551-0282 to join. We then send a confirmation text saying you’re enrolled in Molariva Molar Notes. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to use the Services or to buy anything. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
03Types of messages and examples
- Informational: confirmation of your request, educational details about oral health and dental costs, reminders about topics you asked about, and service notices.
- Promotional: announcements about new guides, checklists, and Molariva news (only if you opted in to promotional texts).
